Registration Information

EJC2016 registration fee : 100 € (VAT not included).

For information, the rate of accommodation for the whole stay is 500 € (VAT not included), in addition of the registration fee. The selected participants receive from the EJC School an aid amounting the accommodation fee at l'Estanyot.

After acceptation of a financial support by the EJC2016 organizing committee for the accommodation expenses, the fee will cover during the stay*:
lectures, coffee-breaks, accomodation, meals, a social dinner and one excursion

*from Sunday 25 September PM to Friday 30 September 2016 AM (lunch included)

The fee are at the charge of the participants or at their laboratory/institute. Registration fee are not refundable in case of cancellation of the participant.
Travel costs are at the charge of  the participants or at their laboratory/institute.

The participation to EJC2016 is done in two steps:

1/ Pre-registration (open from February 15th to April 24th, 2016)

2/ Final registration for selected participants (open from May 23 to June 30, 2016)
